I have that book. Very good book. So far, it is the only book I have seen that gives a good description of the gates. Especially the inner and outer sections/zones of the 4 gates.

The Sil Lim Tao (also seen spelled Siu Nim Tao) form (meaning - a little imagination) that is in the book is slightly different from what I learned from Sifu Francis Fong. As a matter of fact, every Sifu I have met, teaches the form a little bit different. Non the less, the form does help an individual learn structure and how to apply energy through this structure. Sifu Francis Fong has taught me how to apply these energy and structure principles in trapping and in other martial arts as well.

The audio is great, you can hear the solid impact on the focus gloves. You might be interested in the book James Lee wrote with Bruce as the technical editor, published in 1972 by Ohara Publications in Burbank California. It has great illustrations. Including the complete Sil Lim Tao form
